3. Service Delivery and Client Responsibilities

To perform local SEO or GMB optimization effectively, we require cooperation from the client. You agree to:

  • Grant the necessary levels of administrative access to your Google Business Profile, website, or social media channels as needed for the campaign.
  • Ensure that all business information provided (address, phone number, licensing) is legitimate, accurate, and complies with local regulations.

We reserve the right to pause or terminate services if the information provided is found to be deliberately misleading, fraudulent, or in violation of third-party guidelines (such as Google’s guidelines for representing your business).

4. Payment, Renewals, and Cancellations

  • Fees: Fees for our services are detailed in your specific service agreement or proposal.
  • Payment Terms: Invoices are payable on or before the due date indicated. Services may be suspended if payments are not made on time.
  • Cancellations: Ongoing management services can be canceled according to the terms specified in your service agreement (usually requiring written notice prior to the next billing cycle).
  • Refunds: Due to the resource-intensive nature of search engine optimization, set-up, and manual strategy development, fees paid for completed work or active campaign months are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, TopInSERP owns the intellectual property rights for all material on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and layouts. You may access this from TopInSERP for your own personal or internal business use, subject to restrictions set in these Terms.
